Plan prices are billed per user per month. The amount you pay is number of users × the plan’s monthly rate.
If you increase seats, the new monthly bill (seats × per-user rate) applies from the next renewal. Extra seats are not charged mid-cycle.
Auto-pay (auto renewal) may be turned on or off by the Corporate Admin. When auto-pay is on, Razorpay collects a recurring mandate. The mandate / approval limit is a minimum of ₹5,000 (or USD 50), or 1.5 times the plan amount, whichever is higher, as recommended by Razorpay. Turning auto-pay off does not create a refund. Access continues until the current period end, and auto-pay does not run on the next renewal.
Coupons, if offered, apply only to the first paid checkout. They are not applied on auto-pay or on later manual renewals.
After a paid period ends, a 7-day grace applies. Users and the Corporate Admin keep full system access during grace. When you renew during or after grace, the first bill includes the plan price plus a charge for the grace days used (prorated from the monthly or annual plan amount). Later auto-pay bills are the normal plan price only.
If the plan remains unpaid after grace, users cannot log in. The Corporate Admin can log in to Manage User, Reports, and Subscription only, and must pay to restore the team.
Navitus may deactivate a corporate account. After deactivation, nobody from that company can log in, and Razorpay billing for that company is cancelled. Further discussion is handled offline. No refunds are issued through the product.
GST is not added as a separate line in this version unless Navitus notifies you otherwise.
